I like this guy. the other day he told me he liked me and when he did i just said well i kinda like you too. then all of my friends were telling me he was going to ask me out the next day but he never did. its been a week since we found out we liked eachother and he still hasnt asked me out. we are ALWAYS together and he keeps holding me like i'm already his girlfriend but i dont think its official until he actually asked me to be his girlfriend. what is up with him taking so long? and does he already think we are "going out" just because we like eachother? i need guy help to help let me kinda get a feeling for what is going on inside his head.

Because you are always together, I would suggest he's just nervous about asking you out. You could ask him, and as you are always together anyway, would suggest it would be pretty hard for him to say no.

I wouldn't worry about it. Guys can forget they don't know how to swim until after they jump into the pool - so I think it's a case of him "not knowing what to do next".

I had the same problem. He may think you guys are already dating. Why don't you just talk to him about it and ask him straight up, are we dating? You'll find out by the way he answers. I know it may sound a little stupid, but hey, it worked for me and it saved all the frustration that i could've went through.

You could ask; when are you going to ask me out?
or have your friends ask him.
