Losing or gaining weight is not a day long process. If you eat cheez-its and grape soda now, your not gonna be 2 lbs heavier tomorrow!

Your food choices are not good ones, they are high in fat content. It is good that you are exercising, but if your intent is to lose weight, you need to "kick it up a notch or two, or three"
Eat lean protein, like boneless, skinless chicken, think tuna fish, (without gobs of mayonaise!!) Lowfat ranch and a little mustard mixed with tuna is yummy. Eat baked potatoes, green veggies, apples, think healthy. Get rid of the grape soda, sugar will make you gain weight. Drink water, and if you want something sweet, think diet green tea, or allow yourself an occasional diet drink. Forget the M&M's and the cheeze its, both fattening. You don't have to totally eliminate treats from your diet, but you should only "treat" yourself occasionally.
As far as your cardio. If you want to burn more calories, and become more fit, kick up your treadmill speed to "speed walking speed", 3.5-4.0. Use your arms (pump them) to increase your cardio activity, and the minimum you should do is 20 minutes, I would strive for 30. If you walk at that speed, by 20 minutes, you should have walked a mile, longer, obviously further.
Now, you also are still very young, and your body proportions are going to be changing over the next several years (you will be losing what they call "baby fat"), Do not stress too much about your weight, you do not want to get an eating disorder.
If you change a few things that you eat, and concentrate on your workouts (make a point to work out atleast 3 times a week), you will find that your body will begin to become lean, and you will be stronger, and healthier. You should notice a change in only a month, your clothes will fit differently. Don't pay too much attention to the scale either, it's just a number! Your clothes will let you know when you are losing inches, but remember, you have to be committed and you have to make some changes. Good Luck!

All you are eating is junk food. Try to get some veggies and salad in there, okay? All the exercise in the world won't reverse the damage junk food can do to you even if you don't wind up gaining weight. You're still growing, and those empty calories won't give you the nutrients you need. You need more protein to feed your muscles, calcium for your skin, teeth, hair and nails.
Save the junk food (soda, M&M's, TV dinners, Cheeze-Its) for just once in a while, and you'll look and feel better.
The spagetti (with tomato and meat sauce right?) is good, as long as it didn't come from a can.
Take care of yourself, sweetie.

You can almost all things in moderation. I would say eat what you want but start throwing in some fruits and vegatables. so, eat a carrot or an applue every day.
also, try to control what sugars you are eating. When you drink a grape soda that spikes you sugar levels. So, you feel all energized for a bit but then crash. This crash tehn makes you want even more sugar. So, break that cycle by trying to avoid sweet or at least delaying them till afternoon.

sweetheart....stop obsessing and stay away from the processed foods. Eat lot's of fruit and vegetables, wholemeal breads and grains. cut out the soda and drink water. Good for you for exercising but rather than focusing on what makes you fat or being concerned about your weight you need to concentrate on healthier choices that give your body the things it needs and craves to function. Vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. Nothing you have eaten today comes close to this. Things that go into your body need to be as close to their natural state as possible. Here is a link to a great site.

grape soda is full of sugar, no more grape soda. but then again, you are only 13....you shouldn't worry about these kinds of things all that much. watch what you eat but keep exercising but don't let it stress you out. stress can cause weight gain too.

You might not get fat, but you'll get sick from all the preservatives and junk your putting into your system. Try drinking some water and eating some fresh vegetables or fruit. Your body will love you for it.

Nope. look at what you're approximately to consume. It seems mmm stable huh. nicely in case you like some it relatively is not scuffling with you. yet what's? i will make it easier to be attentive to what's scuffling with you from ingesting a lot of nutrition. the respond is ingesting a lot of water. in basic terms drink slightly extra suitable water on a daily basis, and you will evidently initiate ingesting much less and much less. you will nonetheless rejoice with your snacks and nutrition, yet with water extra to the equasion, it is going to fill you and in the long-term, keep you alot of weight and grief. in case you make an effort to rejoice with in basic terms slightly of water, this is the superb possibile ingredient you're able to do without changing your life form appreciably. ingesting extra water is relatively elementary, would not require a dedication, and you will rejoice with your different ingredients. the only distinction is which you would be reducing without realising it in case you drink a lot of water. i'm no longer likely to assert you may wave a magic wand and be extra appropriate, and surgical treatment is deffinently a risk. yet once you prefer to offer youself a huge gamble, and be affermative approximately something on your life. Then in basic terms drink some extra water! undergo in innovations, water is a consumable, it does the comparable ingredient as ingesting, it "fills you". So consume as much as you do each-day, yet replace somewhat some the nutrition with water. this is all. i wish you hit upon a answer that works the superb option for you, this labored superb for me, yet certainly, till you're prepared to make some form of replace, you will get larger and better and then die. stupid how water might nicely be this variety of easy lifesaver huh?

remember we all get what we put in,....if you decide to put in gas to a car tank it just stays there....if you put gas in a car tank and turn on the ignition and drive....you'll burn it ...same principle applied you gotta excercise if you don't want to get fat if you eat junky foods. no diet pill on the market will ever make you lose weight because you're not burning your energy you put in by eating
