does anyone know any good quotes that deal with running? i remember hearing one that said something about making your body your master or something like that? i cant really recall except that i liked it a lot

Probably this is the one you are trying to remember.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27 says, "Do you not know that in a race ALL the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.
