No, not with a normally configured computer. If you got a dual channel sound card or set up two sound cards, it might be possible, but you most likely would need to use two different browsers -- and even then, I think you would hear both websites on one or the other. If you just want to hear two different websites, open both and you'll hear sounds on either your speakers or your headphones

No. You can buy a Y adapter that allows up to 2 outputs on one plug, in other words, you can have your speakers connected to your sound card, and your headphones can connect to the other end. But, even so, there's no way to listen to 2 at once. Your computer won't allow it, because you'd have 2 sounds in the same signal, so you'd hear both sounds in your headphones and speakers at the same time. If you had 2 sound cards and the right configuration, that might be possible. The other alternative is to have 2 computers.

Not without another sound card in the computer. As long as you have one (which is what it usually comes with) whatever sound the computer is putting out is what you will hear through speakers and headphones

Perhaps. You'll need two sound cards, one for the phones and the other for the speakers. Bring up two instances of your browser. Associate one of them with one card and the other with the second card. (Not sure how you do this in Windows. Not hard with Linux.)
