OK, so theres this girl that I like and I am pretty sure she likes me too now, her friend asked me to go to prom (girls ask the guys for this one) with her and I said yes, but then the girl I liked asked me, and I had to say no because i was going with the other girl and she asks another guy. prom has come and gone and I really want to ask her out, but the guy she took to prom wants to ask her out and I don't want to be mean but I talked to her and she doesnt like the guy, but he is under the imporession that she does. He was gonna ask her out on valentines day (my idea) and I don't want him to feel bad that she will say no, and also I do not want to ask her right after he asks her because I think that would be mean to him... what should I do and how long should I wait afewr the guy asks her
I just found out that she does like me but that makes it even more complicated

I think any girl would love to be asked out by not one, but TWO guys on Valentine's day. Especially if she likes you too. I'd go for it. If the other guy is your friend, then try to explain it to him. It's sweet you're considering everyone's feelings in all this.

Why did you encourage this other guy to ask her out for Valentine's day when you have a thing for her? Maybe you should let the guy know that you like her and would like to ask her out, although if you're not friends with him then there's no reason to do this.
P.S. Stop telling acquaintances, friends, random people, etc. to ask out the girl you like!

Ask her out now! Your not goin out with this other girl and that other guy isnt goin out with her so ur free to do it, im assuming this guy is ur mate otherwise u wouldnt care so much but he will understand and get over it.
