I got the eyes,the smile, the looks, i play football for my school, im tough, i can make a girl laugh like no other, but as far as i ever really go is just flirting with a girl and every once in a while i get a hug, i dont get it?

you sound cute then maybe you should make a real move on them hold hands, hug them then gradually move to a kiss... take the initiative maybe these girls are waiting for you to make the move...

If you are indeed the whole package like you say you are, women might find that a little intimidating, or think "he wouldn't possibly be interested in me". So you have to make small steps and make it known to the girls you are interested in that you are indeed smitten. Try complimenting them for starters, then make small talk and ask them questions about themselves to show that you find them interesting. If she seems open to you then maybe ask her for a casual coffee or somewhere you two could go with friends and then finally a date alone. Sometimes it just takes patience to have a relationship go from the friendship stage to more and if they are worth it, patience will pay off in the end. Just remember to stay confident, respectful and honest with those you choose because people can tell the difference, and it might make them re-think getting involved.

Way way too far, but then again my opinion of to far is pretty much any physical touching since I don't even give other girls hugs when I have a girlfriend. Seriously though that is a load of crap what he's doing.

You need to watch it. There is a difference between confidence and arrogance. Confidence is sexy. Arrogance is not. The girls probably think you're an arrogant @ss and don't want anything to do with you. So the problem just might be YOU.

start off small, hold hands (i know sounds wussy, but trust me it can go a far way). Just take it naturally and slowly progress to a kiss.
you are the GUY you have to make the moves, she won't make them for you

Make a physical connection, like holding hands. And then when you think you might be able to kiss her, touch her hair. If she turns away, don't try it and just pass it off. If she doesn't turn away, then don't hesitate and kiss her.
