Psalm 23:4
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Now you don't need to be afraid, for I have ransomed you; I have called you by name; you are mine. Now you don't need to be afraid of the dark anymore, nor fear the dangers of the day; nor dread the plagues of darkness, nor disasters in the morning. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up the flames will not consume you. For I am the Lord your God, your Savior, the holy One of Israel. The mountains may depart and the hills disappear, but My kindness shall not leave you

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son. That whosoever should believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Romans 8:35-39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long: we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors, through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Psalms 46 is also very powerful. (check it out)

P.S. This was an awesome question.

Isaiah 54:11
O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires.

This is my favorite because I feel like it sums up the rest of the Bible. That we on our own cannot keep it together, and in this world we will end up being afflicted.
If we trust God, not only will God restore our lives, he will turn our world into something beautiful. Not because of anything we deserve, but simply because He is that kind.

My 2 personal favorites.

(Isaiah 45:7, KJV) - "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things."

(Amos 3:6) - "Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?"
