If they have corn tortillas make some Chilaquiles it's easy and so yummy .
Chop some tortillas and fry them in a frying pan with a lil bit of oil once they are fryed add 1 can of El Pato hot sauce if they are to dry add another can , stir constantly till everything is nice and mixed , then serve it in a plate add some cheese and sour cream , chop onion and cilantro .
El pato sauce u can find it where the tomato sauce is, you can also use home made salsas like
green salsa you need
tomatillos
Serrano chiles or jalapeno chiles
1 clove garlic
salt
boil the tomatillos and chiles till they both soft ,drain the water add the garlic and salt to liking and blend , let them cool cuz u don't want the blender to pop open .
Red salsa u need
Tomatoes
Serrano chiles or Jalapenos
clove garlic
salt
and do the same as the green salsa .
I hope u like it if u try it .

Fry the tortillas, holding them bent in half, and make tacos. Or fry flat adn make tostadas.
Brush w/ EVOO and S&P and bake until crisp. Use to scoop dips.
Make enchiladas out of them.
Make taquitos (breakfast tacos); Put 2-3 of the folloing inside adn roll up: sausage, egg, cheese, shredded potato, bacon, picante sauce
Quesadillas! Lay one flat on a paper palte. Cover w/ shredded or thin-sliced cheese. Top w/ cooked chicken meat tossed w/ a bit of taco seasoning (or use L/O taco meat). Add a few green onions or cilantro leaves if you have them and kids won't be eating them. Top w/ more cheese, and put another tortilla on top. Cover w/ another plate, weight down a bit w/ a glass bowl or something, and nuke about a minute. Use a pizza cutter to make wedges.
Finally, cut into small squares, and drop into hot chicken stock to make Chicken & Dumplings.

Tortilla de Patatas
If you like the taste of french fries, you'll love the spanish tortilla. When made correctly, the spanish tortilla is a delicious half-inch thick "cake" of fried potatoes mixed with fried eggs and onions. After cooking, the tortilla can be cut into pizza-like triangles to serve 4-6 people, or cut into squares to give a whole group a bite-sized toothpick sample.
1 cup olive oil
four large potatos (peel and cut into small pieces about 2mm thick)
salt to taste
one large onion, thinly sliced
four large eggs.
Some people add thin slices of red pepper together with the onion.
Heat the oil in a 9-inch skillet, add potato pieces, one slice at a time so that they don't stick. Alternate layers of potato and onion. COOK slowly, medium flame. DO NOT FRY!! Turn occasionally until potatoes are tender, but NOT brown. They must be loose, not "in a cake".
Beat eggs in a large bowl with a fork. Salt to taste. Drain potatoes. Add potatoes to beaten eggs, pressing them so that eggs cover them completely. Let sit for 15 minutes. Heat 2 tbsps of the oil in large skillet. Add potato-egg mixture, spreading quickly. Lower the heat to medium-high. Shake pan to prevent sticking (crucial step!!) When potatoes start to brown, put a plate on top skillet and flip to cook other side, adding another tbsp of oil. Brown on the other side. Can flip three or four times for better cooking.
