Help Me!!!?

Ok. In my 5th period I am a Teachers Assistant. This teacher has another TA the same period, this really cute guy. I want him to ask me out, so how do I do that. I know a little about him, he's always telling jokes, is cute, but still sensitive (SOOO NOT A WUSS). I'm waaaaay to shy to ask him out so how can I get him to ask me out? HELP

Just start a small talk conversation with him. Ask him if he would like to go out for lunch if there's a place close by. Ask him different things about teaching? Most relationships start with a simple "Hi".
