I know exactly how you're feeling.

Basically, you have two options.
To try your hardest to move on and forget it.
Or admit the fact that you miss her and really want her back.

If you decide to do the first option, make sure you're ready to do this. Try your hardest to not let it bother you by participating in extra activities such as running with your ipod in your eyes at dusk (that usually clears my head), go to the weight room after school and work out, focus on a sport, go out with your friends when you can, get into a series of shows on tv (such as csi, shark, etc.), listen to music when you fall asleep (as you've been doing), but most of all try at all costs to avoid your girl as best as you can. If and when you think you're ready approach her and ask if it's okay for yall to be friends. Don't let her talking to other guys bother you. Try your hardest to ignore it.

If you want her back, suprise her with something. Maybe one day at school you walk up to her or even go to her house one night and tell her how you've been feeling. Explain to her that you can't get her off of your mind and that you need her, and that ever since yall have been apart you realize how much you love her.

I hope my advice helps! :)

That is really sad. In a way I kind of know where you are coming from. In 7th grade I had a best friend named John. Well eventually we became more than friends and were together for 4 years, I always thought that I would marry him. Then one day he took me out to dinner and told me that his family was moving to another state. He tried everything he could do to stay but his parents wouldn't let him. Then one day when I called him a girl answered, she then gave him the phone and he said hey I guess now you've met my new girlfriend. I never thought I would get over him, but eventually I did and I found an even greater guy. TO get to the point you need to just try and move on and look for other people. It can be hard but eventually you will find someone better.

You've got to make a choice...either be miserable...or get out
with other girls, whether she likes it or not. You obviously have
deep affection for this girl, and that affection will return as true
love down the road....if that's really what it is. If not, you're better
off without her....no matter how much you love her.

Right now, she's the major factor in your life but only because you are allowing it. Intentionally remove her from your focus!!
