There are a few out there. One thing you can do is go to http://nlop.com. They are a site that has constant tournaments and shows a lot of advertising. They never ever ever have anything but free tournaments, and you can win prizes as big as main event seats at the WSOP (they gave away 12 or so last year). You usually have to qualify by playing on their site a bit to get seats into their main event tournies, but it's all free.
Another thing you can do is go to http://wsopfreerolls.com. They are a regular site that offers freeroll tournaments a few times daily where you can win $10 or so if you win and get free entries into tournies with $1000 prize pools, and you don't have to deposit anything to play in them.
