My sister in law in Brazil told me about this guy who entered her office and started talking some weird and interesting things...one of those things he said, was that human being should not eat pineapple. Does anyone know anything about this matter? What about carrots? I heard form someone once that she didnt eat carrots because they were created in a lab. Are there other interesting things like this about foods out there? Let us know ...Thank you ...

Pineapples contain an enzyme that breaks down protein. This, potentially, is bad. But it really is only a problem for someone who has a protein deficiency or similar disorder... or if they eat nothing but pineapple. But a well-balanced diet that includes some protein will alleviate any issues you have.

As for carrots, there is a big difference between breeding a new species of carrot and creating it in a lab. Carrots were bred from a wild species that we don't eat, but that's a lot different than creating it from chemicals in a lab. There's nothing wrong with carrots that I know of.
