I've been having these shoulder pains itz near the back for a week now and i don't know what it is. It comes and goes it feels like I have been leaning on it for a while and i haven't. Its on my left shoulder, but i write with my right hand so i don't think thats the problem and it can't be how im sleeping because the way i have slept nothing has changed and it never hurt before and i don't think itz arthritis because i am only 16 unless i can get it at this age, i don't know but i was wondering if anyone knows how to relieve the pain if they can let me know how and if there are any home remedies.

I've had that before. A visit to the chirporactor ALWAYS makes it go away. Sometimes it takes two visits, but it always works. My chiro is a genius.

A book that covers frozen shoulder - deals with muscles, good resource The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor who is a muscle specialist and a massage therapist.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
