I started drinking at a young age.. Around 13 or so, and I'm not condoning it all.. It lead to me drinking by myself, every day, for a long period of time. My advice is if these young girls feel they're grown enough to drink and take on that responsibility they need to also take on the responsibility to NOT get to the point where they can't control themselves or can't even remember what they did the next day. A lot of teenage girls are concerned about what other girls think, they're "reputation," guys liking them.. and I completely understand girls just wanna have fun. But girls can have fun and stay classy, without being loose and making choices that lead to actions, without thinking first.. And these consequences of those may never go away. A baby, a disease, being looked at as easy for the rest of your highschool years.. And what some of the consequences can do you to emotionally and spiritually. Remember, classy is sexy! Always be safe and in control.. and don't drive! (I like the answer above, about being safe with drinks.. so true)

My main advice is to always go with your bunch of gal pals who are trustworthy and will keep a lookout for you in the event that you get yourself knocked out. At least someone will be around to take care of you and bring you home. Also:

* Never ever leave a drink unattended. Try to drink out of a bottle or can. It is much more difficult to spike a bottle or can than it is a to drop a drug into a drink in an open glass. If for any reason you do leave your drink unattended, discard it and get a fresh tipple.

* If a stranger offers you a drink do not accept it, not even a non-alcoholic one.

* Even if workmates or acquaintances offer you a drink make sure you see it either poured or opened and ensure that no one touches it except the bar person prior to drinking it.

* If a group of you go out together help to make yourself safe by nominating a person who will not be drinking (ie. the designated driver), to keep an eye on the group's drinks.

* Remember some of these drugs are tasteless, odourless, and although one (Rohypnol) has a blue dye added to it, this blue dye does not show up for almost 20 minutes. Also it does not show up in red wine, cola or other dark drinks. It cannot be seen in a coloured bottle.

* Plan your night and avoid going out alone.

* Don't take a chance if your drink looks or tastes funny.

* If you feel drunk after less alcohol than normal, get help from a friend, accept help or a lift home from someone you know very well.

* Make sure friends are aware of the danger. Both men and women are potential victims.

* Just because you're not drinking alcohol doesn't make you safe. Tea, coffee, milk and cola can all be spiked.

Well, I happen to be one of those girls who likes to drink and get drunk at every parties and especially every weekends or even weekdays after school., And because of that, i'm regretting every single day/night that i drink and get drunk. There's no purpose really. I just feel like im having a good time and i love drinking a lot. But now, i do have regrets of it all. I drink and get drunk and now what>? My problem is still there when i wake up.. and worse, hang-overs.. it stings a lot,. Im happy that i have stopped my drinking habits. My advices are.. If youre problematic, do whatever you want.. you can drink and get drunk but youre problem is still there. If you want to be healthy, dont drink at all. If you crave for drinking, then drink water. Just stop drinking before it damages your body, soul and mind.

They should come to my parties. There are no limitations or safety precautions placed on them and they can party as hard as they like, as long as they are 21 or older.

Make sure there's someone, or a couple of someones, who stay sober. You need a designated driver, and the sad truth of these times is that drunk women need to be extra careful. My butt's been saved a couple of times by a friend who was sober enough to realize a potentially bad situation was coming up.

Why so set on assembly at bars? the ambience may be somewhat gross in case you eventually end up being the in common words sober one. i do not imagine you need to be ashamed of no longer eating, me and maximum of my acquaintances are enormously heavy drinkers and that i do not imagine any human beings may locate someone no longer eating alcohol an instantaneous turn off. Be extra efficient about your own existence possibilities, it really is enormously warm in everyone.

at least they can go in a group of girls who will be around all night, decide to stick together and no one gets left behind when its over. someone decides to remain reasonably sober to drive and just generally keep an eye out for each other

my advice to you: let them learn. otherwise, they'll not listen. let them go through trouble then they'll realize there's nothing good come out of it. plus, they deserve it, I see them as sluts because when drunk, they're most likely to be taken advantage of & won't remember a thing or two probably vomit all over, that's a nasty image of girls. i look down on females like that.
