Good God man! Go travel the world! Or at least leave that po-dunk town you live in. If in a few years after seeing the rest of the world, you STILL feel the same way, THEN tell her.
But for the life of me, I can't possibly see why someone would go after their own cousin. I mean, we live in a somewhat civilized society. I can't contemplate this thought process.

Don't do it. Your young there are plenty of other girls out there. Why are you gonna hit on your cousin. I had a cousin tell me that. We were much older though but I still felt wierd and now we don't even talk anymore.
