I also do an exhaustive criminal background check as well as requiring a professionally published 10 page personality and psychological form to be completed. Is this too much to ask. I haven't been on too many dates lately, though. I wonder why?

It's too much. All you really need to do is check for two things...
1. Does she have a pulse?
2. Does your Ouija Board say "yes"?

It sounds like they are going on a job interview and not a casual date. This is just a little bit strange and not normal.
Dating is casual and should not require all of this formal paperwork.

that's great. yeah you are being a bit paraniod. people see this as an insecurity and that's probably why you have had so few dates. try just going out with someone! if you thinkit is getting serious, then ask for all their info and see what happens
