Sunday school....I recognize Fundamentalism as BS (Agnostic)
3rd Grade...I prayed for my Little League team and we won!
7th Grade...drunk driver kills my 19 yo sister....doubts
College...I dabble in Christianity for last time. My brother joins a born again cult.
Grad school: evolution, evolution and more evolution

I never did believe in a god (never outright said, "I believe in a god"), but I did question, at first, about the idea of God being a male. I kept wondering how God could be a male and create the whole world. How did he create humans? Humans come from females, etc. I was around 7 at the time. Eventually I decided that it didn't really matter. A few years later I discovered the name theists call people in my default position - atheists... and the rest is history.

Started doubting at 15 nd by 17 I was full blown atheist, I went through all kinds of changes during those two years so i consider 15 to be the starting point and 17 to be the finale.

It's weird. I never 'knew' that there wan't a God. These days I find that that point of view is so unscientific, it's harder to believe than there is a God.
But people have to have their little quirks.
Okay so don't believe if that's what you wantr to do. Join the crowd of anxious people who want to supplicate any regret they might have about something bad that they might have done. No Problem. But no matter how many times you close your eyes and wish, there is always the unknown that plagues you. Something that you can deny any given time of day that you don't know about.
Look at God like the boogeyman if you want to today. But there will be a day when you actually look at Him in the knowledge that He does not owe you anything. He owes nothing to any of us, but He did promise things that He says He will keep. You know all too well what some of them are. It's not my word, but His that makes it so.

I never realized it - the proverbial jury is still out.
My one reservation with the notion of God is on paper, true omnipotence can't exist, since one would have to be able to do things at direct odds with each other in order to be omnipotent.

Your bitter because you lost a loved one, because of your unfair life? Loved ones die, they have to. They die for two reasons and only two they are destroyed, or they are called home.
just as they were called into existance.(before you were placed in your mothers womb, you were part of the darkness that surrounds his light. He created you out of mercy he could have left you in the dark, but that would not be fair to you. creating you was the only chance you had to recieve his love. Unfair lives brings out the strength in us. Know every day you open your eyes, your given a chance. No matter how mad, or bitter at your God you are he loves you. He is not your enemy, but he will grow tired of your disrespect. This life is short, and is designed to weed out weakness. God allows suffering. He himself had to endour it. The suffering is were the strength is found. How do you know if something is strong, unless you test it! Dont be blind, allow your self to think open minded. You know there is a God, you can look at the beuty of the world,(The ocean the stars, waterfalls, look at the sky tomorrow at its colors. Could you paint anything that beutiful, look past the suffering. Think about it look at an animals paint job. Think about how music goes strait to your soul, look at your child.( your child is the love inside of you in a physical form) The same as Jesus was Gods love in a physical form. He is real are calendar reads February 4, 2006 A.D After death 2,006 years after the death of Christ. You will never be perfect-but you have to try to be. STOP allowing your self to be lied to by the uncontrolled thought that enter your mind.
Nobody can control what pops into their head. But you can control entertaing them. The devil is alive, he is powerfull, and he hates you. He hates the fact you are so sinful, and disrespectfull
and still allowed the chance at his grace. You will die, maybe today maybe tommorow, maybe another 50 years. Compared to eternity 50 years is tommorow. Give your self a chance, find something inside of yourself. Seek him find the truth stop spreading these lies.
