I am wondering how many Catholics that there are out there and what people think of them. Please let me know.

Is sex before marriage a mortal sin?

I am a Catholic and there are alot of Catholics in the world. It depends on the night as to how many you will find on this site but, yes pre-marital sex is a sin of lust.

Yup I'm Catholic. All my family is Catholic. And I go to a Catholic school too, so, pretty much everyone I know is.

As for what people think, well, people who I know who aren't from my school or church tend to think it's a bit weird. Not Catholics specifically but just religion in general, because a lot of people here aren't religious at all. It can be a bit awkward going to a non Catholics house for a sleepover on a Saturday night and having to leave early for church in the morning. But I guess that's a good reason to be glad for going to a Catholic school.

As for the sex before marriage thing, well... it's a difficult area. I don't want to but I know a few people who have and their parents don't know. It can be hard for religious parentd bringing their kids up these days, because a lot of them hate their religion and don't want to follow it.

Im a catholic and we are the coolest swingest people I know. We can commit a sin and then go to confession and have god forgive us. But honestly were better people we dont preach we accept everyone except gays, and you can redeem your souls on a daily baisis.

I am constrained by God to love all, and so, by this, I cannot tell when they speak ill of me or my religion. Although I am not perfect. God help me! (Or, should I say, Kyrie Eleison?)
