No...not really. There's really not much difference between free and paid dating sites...other then one is free. I know most sites say their free and their not. The onlything free about them is that you post your own profile, but you can't send nobody a meesage, but Plentyoffish.com is absolutly all FREE, you can send messages right from the start. As for whether dating sites are safe, well a person has to be very careful on any dating site and just don't hook up right away with anyone. They can say anything they like in their profile!!! There's plenty of site that help you beaware of meeting each other and precautions to protect yourself.
