I have been dating this guy for about a month now and although we cuddle a lot he hasn't made a move to kiss me. Does that mean he isn't interested? If so then why does he keep asking me out on more dates?

He is still interested. :) He's taking it slow, and respecting you. Enjoy it, enjoy the respect, and the time to get to know each other more before the make out sessions begin, and then it becomes harder to find time to learn about each other in ways that mean more after the passion dies. :)

Maybe he's just to shy to kiss you? How old are you and how old is he? (age may actually matter for this a little... not the difference in age, but if you're both still young, he might be scared to try and kiss you)
Have you tried initiating a kiss? Or you could just ask him.... If he's still asking you on dates, that's a good thing. But the no kissing thing sounds a little weird, so try talking to him...
He could also just enjoy your company, and the cuddling and doesn't want to take things further...

Is he religious? I know men who took an oath before God, as teenagers, to avoid defrauding any member of the opposite sex through any form of sexual contact until marriage. Some people consider kissing to be a form of sexual contact. I know several of these men who are keeping that promise. It’s really amazing considering the prevailing culture.

maybe he is just scared that u don't wanna do dat. guys r very insecure. he is interested. he just might think, like some guys do, that cuddling is more affectionate than kissing. talk 2 him about it. he is interested, but he is just probably scared!

no no don't worry, enjoy this time while you get to know each other, after you guys kiss it turn the relationship in a whole new direction, he might be worried about being serious. ddon't worry it'll happen in it's own time

If you want to kiss him, then you can make the move to kiss him, that's what i would do. or ask him if he want to kiss you

hes prbly just painfuly nervous.. my bf was 19, and he was soo nervous.. but once it happened it was awesome!
