the only way is cold turkey, you'll feel bad, tired, slow maybe a headache for about 72 hours until all the sugar in you is used up, but then you'll begin to feel much better. i live a low carb life and i don't eat anything with added sugar. the human body was not made to digest refined sugar and it responds very badly when forced to. sugar is the bane of humanity, it has killed more people than world war 1 and 2 combined!

try eating foods that are sweet with no fat or sugar
