It mean f´d. Hijo de la gran chingaa, basically means son of the supreme whore. Spanish baby. And it is used from Mexico to Spain and a lot of countries in between.

this is Mexican slang, and it is dirty for " chingado" which is the verb for "f". So, it is a very bad insult.
