Okay, I have a friend named Sasha. We're really good friends.
She has an older brother that I've known as long as I knew her-- 3 years.Whenever I talk to Sasha about her brother or bring him up she usually gets into an odd mood. Like, "okay.... stop talking about my brother". Or an awkward silence.Sometimes she likes to talk about how he's an idiot but I know that she truely loves him and would defend him over anything.
Anyway, her brother is really sweet and nice and funny.
When nobody is around we can have decent conversations, with less awkward silences that I've had with Sasha.But when Sasha is around, he kind of ignores me. Not totally, but he doesn't act the same as when Sasha isn't around. I wonder if he's afraid what she'll say? He used to ignore me when his friends were around too. I don't know what to do. He's too good for me. Skinny, athletic, funny, nice. I'm [ seriously ] fat, unathletic, weird... He's also two years older. What should I do?

Start working out and don't base your self esteem on your appearance.

you must not realize how awkward it is for your friend to like your brother. especially if yall are together and youre telling your friend all the details od the relationship if u know what i mean. i would probably not go there if u dont want to lose your friend. if u really like him and he likes you back, your friend might uderstad if yall got together, but mostly its the whole "eww too much information" part shes afraid of. explain to her, and follow through, that if yall hook up there will be NO mentioning his name in ANY conversation and she might come through

ummmmm I have two brother and there is no way I would let one of my friends get with any of them... im so sorry to say that coz it sounds like you do like this guy... but its something I wouldn’t do... and don’t ever think that a guy is too go for you no matter what you look like beauty is with in... And I don’t think he likes you only for the fact he ignores you in front of people if he likes you he would want to show it no matter who the people are his friends, sister, mum or dad.....
