Okay, I have a friend named Sasha. We're really good friends.
She has an older brother that I've known as long as I knew her-- 3 years.Whenever I talk to Sasha about her brother or bring him up she usually gets into an odd mood. Like, "okay.... stop talking about my brother". Or an awkward silence.Sometimes she likes to talk about how he's an idiot but I know that she truely loves him and would defend him over anything.
Anyway, her brother is really sweet and nice and funny.
When nobody is around we can have decent conversations, with less awkward silences that I've had with Sasha. But when Sasha is around, he kind of ignores me. Not totally, but he doesn't act the same as when Sasha isn't around. I wonder if he's afraid what she'll say? He used to ignore me when his friends were around too. I don't know what to do. He's too good for me. Skinny, athletic, funny, nice. I'm [ seriously ] fat, unathletic, weird... He's also two years older. What should I do?
