dry hair COMPLETELY... starting at the top, lift sections of hair with a comb or pick and spray with extra hold hair spray (Aqua Net) was the famous one) spray overall when done and viola.... youre ready off to go see the Crue!

I wouldnt really know.. i already have hair like that at age 47 with no teasing.. I think its genetics or a lotta time with a hair brush and aqua net... I have to beat mine down every morning LOL (and No I'm not kidding Nikki wishes he had my hair)
