I need a good recipe, something super yummy, minus the celery, green beans, and mushrooms.

USE THIS RECIPE JUST LEAVE OUT THE PEAS 8 ounces egg noodles, medium 1 clove garlic, finely minced 1/2 cup finely chopped or grated onion 3 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups milk 2 cans tuna (6 1/2 to 7 ounces each), drained and flaked 1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables (such as peas and carrots), cooked salt and pepper 3 tablespoons bread crumbs 2 teaspoons tablespoon dried parsley flakes 1 tablespoon melted butter Cook noodles in salted water; drain and set aside. Sauté onions and garlic in butter until onions are tender. Add flour; blend until smooth. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Add tuna, vegetables, and salt and pepper to taste; stir in cooked noodles. Pour tuna noodle mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix crumbs and dried parsley with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Tuna Noodle Casserole serves 6.

Super Yummy Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces), undiluted
1 can (approximately 15 ounces) peas, drained, or 1 1/2 cup cooked and drained frozen peas
1 jar (4 ounces) sliced pimiento
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cans (7 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup grated American cheese or mild Cheddar cheese
1 cup loosely crushed potato chips or 1 small can French-fried onion rings
Prep:
Combine soup, peas, pimiento, onion, and Worcestershire sauce; gently fold in tuna and shredded cheese. Transfer tuna casserole mixture to a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange crushed potato chips or French fried onion rings around the tuna casserole edge.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 minutes.
Serves 6.

Tuna Noodle Casserole:

8oz of egg noddles (cooked)
1 Large can tuna(drained) or 1 large pack
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup celery (you could use peppers or frozen peas)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups Velveeta(cubed)

Blend soup milk & cheese & heat until cheese melts. Add other ingredients and mix. Pour into greased baking dish (9x13), and bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Yummy Tuna Casserole:

A rich, tasty dish will have you craving for more.....

1 bag(s) Potatoe Chips (Large)
4 can(s) Chunk Light Tuna in water
4 can(s) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 stick(s) Margarine

Start out with a large casserole (glass) dish generously covered with margarine on the inside.
Open and evenly spread out (1) can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup on the bottom of dish as first layer.
Take a handfull of Potatoe Chips ans crunch them up in your hands and apply as second layer on top of the Mushroom Soup evenly.
Open (1) can of Tuna Fish and spread as third layer generously and evenly and repeat steps 1,2 and 3 untill you end up with Potatoe Chips being the top and final layer.
Ad (pats) of margarine as dots on Potatoe Chips randomly.
Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
Pop in the oven for a delicious tuna dinner.

Yield: 5 servings
