There are many home whitening kits available in the toothpaste area of the supermarket. They range in price from 2 to 40 dollars. There are strips and brush-on pastes that are used twice a day for two weeks. There are also a wide number of whitening toothpastes that work very well when used with a new, clean toothbrush. I use Arm and Hammer Advanced White and am quite happy with it. There are also a few "fast whitening" systems that work in two hours or less, though I don't know how well they work.

Crest white strips are good, but some say they cause sensitivity. You can also buy whitening from your dentist to do at home, they just have to take an impression and make trays for you to use with the 'bleach' that the dentist provides for you.

My husband used a mouthwash that had whitening in it. He used it before he brushed his teeth & had a noticeable difference. Crest White Strips work well too if you have the patience & discipline for them.

You can use Crest whitestrips or Listerine's whitening mouthwash. These are cheap and easy to use.
