She might be drinking it too fast and running around afterwards so it's a digestive thing. I wouldn't be concered. Unless you don't think she is getting any water at all.

Your son is going to be just fine. 7 months is not a dangerous age to get diarhea or to vomit. Give him formula if he will take it. Pedialyte is for dehydration, not to prevent dehydration. My son had 5 water diapers a day for two days in a row at 9 months and his dr. told me just give him formula when he's hungry and as long as he's eating throughout the day , even if it's fewer feedings and fewer ounces, it's ok. If he has a fever over 100 degrees, you can give him some infant tylenol if you have it. and no need for water at all in this case, if he is not eating , then you would want to give him some pedialyte if he will take it, and again, no worries if he doesn't want anything at all (his tummy might feel too icky to ingest anything). You can call his dr. on Sunday as they should always have a nurse on-call for situations like this. :)

She could have a collapsed trachea - it's fairly common. I've had nine Chis and five of them developed a collapsed trachea. It's usually not a big problem, but your vet should be told about this during your next visit. Also, make sure that she actually does drink enough water, or she could become constipated or dehydrated.

Dogs vomit more readily than humans, and it doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong.
Wolves and wild dogs will eat where they find food, then return to their pups that are being weaned, and regurgitate the food for them to eat. Dogs often regurgitate and re-eat their food when they eat too fast. The same can happen with water. And you know that dogs will eat grass and then throw it up.

Could be numerous things. Keep track of the number of times it vomits and the color also. Watch the dog's bowel movements too. Diarria and Blood in the stool are bad signs and should be taken in to be examined by your vet.
