It would probably die, as it had no real-world experience with the things essential to living. Hunting, for example. It's also entirely possible it would be killed by something larger than it, since it would also have no real experience in fighting off predators.

Domestic animals are dependent upon people for food, shelter, reassurance(safety/security) and love.
A wild animal has natural instincts that cause fear of people, and this is perfectly normal; it is for the animal's protection and this helps it to survive.
If a domestic cat were living in the wild( i.e., the country or another type of undeveloped wilderness), the cat would probably die.
It would have a very hard time finding and hunting for food, and then finding shelter and clean water. If it needed medical attention, it would have no human to provide that, and would become very ill.
If the cat managed to survive for a short time, more than likely the cat would try to find people either by going to a more urban area, or by following a local villager or tourist home--the domestic cat relies on people for support, and would probably try to re-connect with humans to help itself survive.
