Has anyone flown with them?

We are booking to go Sydney-London-Sydney with them and I'm worried because they are the CHEAPEST we could find - I'm worried their service will be cheap too!

Since it's not a low cost airline, there will at least be a level of service that is better than what you will receive (or not receive).

The cost of an air ticket on an airline has no relation to the service. Airlines try to maximise the number of seats that can be sold for each flight. Everyone traveling in economy class will be paying different prices depending on where and when they got the ticket from, whether it's a flexible ticket or if you have to pay if you want to change dates.

Besides Asiana, you can choose Korean Airline. There are also individual entertainment system on each seat. The price travel with Korean Airline is cheap. My friends told me that Asiana is quite good but I still dont have the chance to travel with it. If there is 300 + difference, it's good to try.

While not as good as their rival Korean Air, Asiana is still a good airline that tries to make your flight as pleasant as possible.

They operate mainly new Airbus and Boeing jets from their hub in Seoul,Korea.

Their on-board service is roughly comparable to the older Korean on-board product.

Cheers

Asiana Airlines flies out of Korea and I have had no complaints about their service. It is as good as can be expected of any airline these days.

I had the greatest experience with them when I flew here a year ago to Korea.... they gave all the kids little toys to help keep them quiet and entertained.... the food was fine, the people were friendly and helpful and i enjoyed the experience!! they played movies.... it was nice, i felt pampered! i haven't talked to anyone that disliked the service.... good luck to you!
