Antarctica, by itself, contains 70% of all the fresh water on the planet.
Add to that the ice on Greenland, on the side of mountains, and so on, and you do hit something that should at least be above 90%.

So 97% it should be.

The implications of this are startling when combined w/ the glaciers and snowcaps that are melting.

It means soon, most freshwater rivers fed by gradually melting snow can run dry in the summers as global warming increases temperatures and causes these snowcaps to melt much sooner.
