the body's organs are molecular sieves they have a certain ability to pass liquids through. this molecule has properties that prevent/inhibit it from passing through the liver. usually due to the molecule properties its likely that the vitamin A molecule coagulates in the liver clogging it these clogs stop blood from reaching all areas of the liver, causing some cellls to die from lack of oxygen....
