the girl is otherwise normal and healthy but still it is abnormal delay in tooth grow. how to expedite this growth of teeth. she faces problem to bite things,

While lower permanent teeth usually follow the baby teeth pretty closely, it is not uncommon at all for upper permanent teeth to take several months before they come in. I've seen them take over a year several times. It's nothing to worry about.

nothing to worry just get an x-ray done so that u will come to know whether the permanent teeth are ther to erupt..and if they are present the delay may b coz of thick gum tissue covering them so that tissue can be removed without causing pain using anesthesia to encourage the eruption of the permanent teeth..if so done ul see the teeth within 3 to 4 weeks.. iam a dentist and pls do as is suggest..
