I'm referring to hard-boiled eggs. How do you boil them so that the yolk is right in the middle and not to one side ???

I think it's impossible, some say if you stir them around while they cook that works. But I think maybe the most obvious is that the fressher the egg the firmer the white and it holds itself in the middle, but how do we know how old our eggs are when we buy them.

while egg is boiling stir it with a spoon, just rotate egg in the boiling water, you could also add just a smidge of vinegar it makes the shell easier to peel off but doesnt alter the taste of the egg

I think it depends on how much water is in your pot. Try completly covering to egg with water add a shake of salt and let it boil. I hope this helps.

Only mother nature can do that. Each egg is a little bit different.

Put the egg in a glass so it could be positioned.
