I just got photoshop but it's so overwhelming....how do you do the "main things" to a picture. someone told me you can really change how a picture looks but i have no clue where to start

it really depends on what youre using it for. but i agree it is very overwhelming.
The clone tool is good for fixing unwanted marks or getting rid of stuff completely
also the blur/smudge/sharpen tools can help a bit too
i recommend you go and check out some tutorials, im sure youll get comfortable with it soon

it's really simple. You put your pictures in an album then run your mouse over the picture. A little thing should pop up with a pencil, which means edit. Click on that and voila! there are your editing tools. you can also make photo shows - I have great fun doing those. Good Luck!

I would recommend that you search for "photoshop tutorials." There are so many things you can do, and nobody can know fully what you want to accomplish. If you go through the tutorials, you can pick the ones that you want to learn, and skip the things you don't care about. It becomes easier with time.

I can do everything. I went to high school and took a photoshop class from 9th to 12th grade. Just go to Adobe.com.

They have online maunals. Just do one thing at a time and master it, then go onto the next thing you want to do.

you should apply "Photoshop stamp device" to erase ur photos from ur t-blouse. And through determining on "selective colorations" u promises brightness n assessment for your unique color...
