Ok so there's this guy that i like, i started liking him when he told his mom that he missed me at camp. that was beginning september. this one day i go to church and i was wearing a whole new outfit and i was really nervous about it, so i didn't really pay much attention to him i just looked down the entire time, but from what i saw when i saw him it seemed like he liked it because he watched me leave and come back. but now for the past 2 days he hasn't really paid any attention to me. is there something i did? does he not like me anymore? how do i get him to start paying attention to me?

You should not feel so shy in his presence Try to face him. Do not see downward. See upward. Straight. If he sees you, give him a good smile. Try to be close to him and always be attentive to him. Exchange glances with him. He will return your smiles and glance. You will feel comfortable with him and do not give an impression that you do not like him. Appreciate him and be caring and loving. it depends on what you were wearing. and if he liked you in the first place. he may miss you as a friend and nothing else. usually boys aren't going to tell their mothers about missing a girl in a love kind of way. you may be reading too much into it.
now, you were looking down, you didn't catch his eye. while he did notice you, you "didn't notice him" from his vantage, so he might have taken this as a negative sign, like you were waiting for another guy or something.
it's impossible to know if he likes you unless you ask him. if you want him to pay attention, you will have to initiate eye contact and verbal communications with him at some point. a gentle hi, and a touch on the arm should suffice.

You should talk to him...Do you have some of the same interests? Maybe start by talking about camp, and how much you liked it or disliked it. Just be yourself and try not to think too much about likeing him, though i know that is hard. Talk about hanging out sometime like going to the movies or some place you both like. Get to know him real well and you will have something to talk about all the time.

start a conversation with him! since you were looking down, he probably took that as a hint that you didn't want to talk to him, so now he's trying not to be a pest, what you need to do is make it clear that you are interested in him...

Sorta - kinda ignore him. Act like You aren't interested in him at all.That usually makes people pay more attention.

Don't put too much pressure on him to like you. It scares guys(I know from experience). Sometimes guys seem to back off when they get nervouse. If he likes you, he'll come to you. Give it time.
