That is not water it is coconut milk. But mostly that milk is made of water.(95%) That water comes up through the coconut tree from the soil like any other plant.

Coconut milk is not water it is just some nutreint enriched liquid in the coconut. I don't know anything about coconut biology but i think it must serve some purpose to keep coconuts alive.

the liquid in a coconut is coconut milk not water it tastes great and it naturally grows that way
