Very good. Retardation does not occur when the mind is active. You sound like a pot smoker.

I have actually never known of a school where you have to sit for six hours.... as school days are generally broken up with morning tea and lunch breaks and many other activities that do not require sitting such as PE and Sport.

So if your school hours are 6 hours a day for five days a week that is a total of 30 hours a weeks or 1800 minutes

subtract five lots of 40 minutes for the lunch breaks

we now have 1600 minutes of sitting

subtract five lots of 20 minutes for morning tea breaks

we now have 1500 minutes

subtract ten minutes a day ( a very conservative estimate) for preparation etc.

we now have 1450 minutes of sitting

subtract 60 minutes for PE

we now have 1390 minutes

subtract 60 minutes for sports

we now have 1330 minutes

if in highschool and you move room to room for various lessons then please subtract 5 minutes for each room change ( minumum of 4 a day for each of five days another 100 minutes.

we are now left with 1230 minutes.

divided over five days

246 minutes a day of actually sitting..... that is just four hours and six minutes a day of actual sitting... hmmmm...

Feeling better yet??

246 minutes a day for about only 180 days a year thentake days off for being unwell, for school excursions etc....so make that 178 days..... that is a total of 43 788 minutes of sitting in a year that totals 525 600 minutes... so not even a tenth of your time is spent sitting at school

quite seriously you do not spend a great deal of time sitting at school over a whole year....

If you can't cope with 6 hours of school how on earth do you expect to cope with a working life, 8hrs + (depending on where and what type of work) extended shifts, overtime.
This is life, real life that every one deals with on a daily basis. Education is a good thing-learn as much as you can.
No education=no employment=poverty and starvation or worse.

Oh you poor, poor baby. Are the big bad adults expecting you to learn something? That must really hurt that teeny tiny little brain of yours. Practice this mantra with me, and get used to it:
"Would you like fries with that? Would you like fries with that?"
