ok so she dated my best friend for like a year and they broke up and they dont really talk but me and her became really close so obviously i started to hav a crush on her i told my bestfriend this and he says i should go for her and im 100% he doesnt care for her ive known him since kindergarten so he wouldnt lie to me but i cant help but feel shes just using me to get him jealous someone plz help me i dont know wut to do anymore

You shouldn't go with your best friend ex. Even if he told you to talk to her. He might be telling you that to test you and see if you are his true friend or not. She might be getting on with me to make him mad. Girls do stuff like that...Trust Me...I'm A Girl

you need to decide if your friendship is worth more than the crush because dating her may end your fiendship. he may say its ok but think about this will he still feel that way when he sees you to together and you are kissing and holding hands. how would you feel if you were in his shoes. women will come and go but he his been your friend for a long time don't screw that up.

It depends on how long they have been apart, and who broke up with who. It's bad business to go out with a friend's ex anyhow. People start comparing, and everything gets sticky. But, I can tell you one thing for sure, your "gut" feeling is 99% right-follow it!

well if you really think she's using you to make him jealous then dont waste your time. However if your're not that sure ....it would be best that you take a chance and ask her out and just see what happens.Good Luck!

if you're one to take risks then start to go out with her but MAKE SURE that you don't let yourself get emotionally attached, at least at first. once you know why she's going out with you, whether she is using you to get back at your friend or if she really likes you, then decide what to do

well if ur not a deep, sensitive person i say go for it anyway, if she is using you, u still get to fool around with her, so be happy! if shes using u she probably thinks that ur hotter than ur friend
