ok so i really like this one guy and i think he likes me too but his girlfriend broke up with him like a week ago so how long should it be till i ask him out? and his exgirlfriend hasa new boyfriend but lataly he has started to ba a as$ around everyone and like not treating them thre same as he use to and my best friend his his best friend too so i dont want to ruin anyhting between me and my best friend so what should i do?

it depensd on how long they dated.. if they dated a month, you should wait a week-2...
if they dated 2-6 months, wait a month...
if they dated 7-a year- wait 2 months.

Well first of all you should try to get to know him a little before you ask him out. That way you can see how he is feeling about dating and/or being in a relationship. That way also, you can deal things out with your best friend.

It depends on how he felt about her, he may still be attached, and if that's the case, then give him his time to recover
if he doens't care about her anymore, then he doesn't really need much recovery time and you could ask him out now
