And please explain why you do or do not.

I think "gazoo" makes an excellent point. Anyone who posts 2 or 3 pages for an answer is really screaming at us.

"Utopia" has just explained a lot. I have been deleted on some questions because I disagreed with the person. And then I felt sorry and tried to inject some humor like. "But, what do I know, I am a dumb Orangutan here in the Zoo." wow I was emailed by several muslims telling me I had insulted them. So, I know we shouldn't stereotype, but should we try to explain that Humor is usually a nice non threatening gesture.

Mark Twain said, humor helped relieve tensions. (I wasn't making fun of them, I was making fun of myself. And, my wife loves for me to say "Here at the Zoo where I live" - oh yeah, my real picture is one of an orangutan.

The reason I asked this question: One of the people who e-mailed me said that they were insulted because non-muslims automatically click thumbs down on them, so they said they had the right to delete non-muslims.

Dear Muslims: I do not thumbs down anyone, unless they use cuss words. But in the future I plan to thumbs down anyone regardless of religion who posts 2 or 3 pages for an answer. (I learned that from Gazoo.)

If it is an intelligent response religion or race is never involved. However, I don't think Muslim people understand my sense of humor.

Well, I cannot give thumbs up or down yet, but were I able to, I would not automatically thumbs down a Muslim answer. Just because someone has a different viewpoint than I do does not automatically mean that I must give a bad rating to thier answer.

If we in the west want to understand anything at all about Muslims or any other people for that matter, we need to open our minds a little more and close our mouths. Only then can we understand someone else's point of view.

No.. everyone has the right to believe what they do. Just because they believe something, doesn't mean it's wrong. They have the right to voice their opions just like the rest of them. I don't care who you are or what you believe, if you are rude to others, and really bash what someone believes, they will get a thumbs down from me, of course, I don't usually read others answers anyways, just answer the question and go on to the next.

Ones that haven't to any extent further something to do with the question, ones that are rude and/or uninformative. i do not thumb down for an opinion because evaluations can not truly be incorrect or top. i do not thumb down undesirable spelling yet i do not study them both, they are going to not in any respect win a maximum perfect from me both.

No, I respect them. I give thumbs up for a good answers and thumbs down for a bad answer. I might give a thumb up for a good answer even if I do not agree with the answer. Sometimes I make a mistake when I am rushing and I give a thumb down when I meant thumb up. : )

No I dont.
As a Muslim I pay special attention to these answers.
Instead of being prejudice and blinded by propaganda I think that other people should listen to what Muslims have to say, Compassion is the first step to Understanding and maybe even the road to Resolution.

No because I respect everybodys right to choose their belief system, there are many things I admire about Muslims.
