A bee-hive is in my house hanging high on the tree, its size almost 12-15 inches in length and 8-10 inches in breadth. I want to squeeze the honey so that the bees could not be harmed as well the comb might remain hanging for the next honey storage. I want to know the best time of the day and the season to squeeze and how it is possible guarding myself from the stings of the bees, perhaps leaving the comb for again filling.

Your question leads me to believe that you are not an experienced bee keeper with the proper equipment. Based on that observation, I would strongly urge you to check with a local bee keeper who is experienced. There are a lot of things that could affect the bees response to you taking honey from their hive. You would be in a world of hurt if the hive contains Africanized bees or the bees are protective because of environmental reasons. For example, they get very protective of their honey if there isn't a lot in bloom when you are trying to harvest the honey.

Bee stings, especially in large quantities, are very serious and can be life threatening.

the main up-tp-date (February 2007) issue is termed "Colony cave in disease". What separates this disease from different extensive-unfold colony ailments is that no keeps to be are discovered around the colonies. as a replace, scientists assume the bees have flown removed from the hive in the previous death. yet another oddity is that no greater bee colony swoops in and overruns the weakened hive.
