Where in the receiver do you plug the karaoke mixer?

I recently got a reciever and I'm wondering where you plug in the karaoke mixer

You can plug it into any line level input which is anything but one marked for phono/turntable/record player. A typical input would be CD/DVD or TV or AUX. These are hooked up via an RCA cable (red and white) from the output of your karaoke mixer to an input on your receiver. You would then hook your devices up to your karaoke mixer like your DVD player or CD player or whatever you will use for the karaoke music.
