You might try pure shea butter. You can buy it at Bath and Body Works, and maybe some place else too. it is kind of thick so I heat it with a hair dryer and it get more liquid like and spreads easier and farther. Its a great moisturizer and has not scents or chemicals added, these can make your skin drier or you might allergies to.

I had the same thing till a few days ago. A friend of mine suggested I use Vegetable Oil... I know, sounds weird, but it does help.
Avoid hot showers, warm showers are ok. Do not towel dry yourself, apply the vegetable oil to your dry, cracked skin. Right after a shower your pores are open and will soak up the oil. Don't use too much. Your skin should not be greasy. For face, use baby oil.

And no, it wont make you stink lol

You wont notice a difference right away. From my own experience I can say the redness, itchiness and the pain will slowly start to disappear after the 2nd day you apply the vegetable oil.

don't scrub it, or use alchohol on it. use Aloe Vera, it heals from the inside out some how. Coco butter, shea butter, almond oil, all should help. apply a lotion after your shower and don't use hot water, it remove more oil that way. and if you can avoid it, don't take the baths, do it every other day for a while. you want to keep the skin with it's own oil.

don't keep rubbing it, and make sure to see if it's not an allergy to what your wearing or eating. drink lots of water as well, bring the humidity up in your house. if it's your hands or feet, try Bag Balm (it's for cows, but you can buy it locally, little green can). and place mittens or socks on at night.

try buying "bag balm" from Walgreens (drug store) it comes in a green can and costs about $3. It has amazing results. Also you should add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds to your diet if you don't have any special diet restrictions. They have made my skin so much better.

you need to see a dermatologist.(i think that's the skin one)i don't know! well, anyway, you need to tell your regular doctor to get you a list of skin doctors,so you can schedule a appointment.

also, try baby oil,sit it he tub with baby oil and water.
get a aloe vera plant, they're seven dollars,if you cut open the stem, there will be fresh aloe vera without additive or anything, apply that daily, and don't forget to water the plant,or there won't be any aloe left!

From the inside? You mean the surface of your skin. Yes, I get that, too. It itches. Sounds like you have "contact dermatitis." Get some good cream for your skin, like Cetaphil.

i doubt it relatively is the SPF drying your epidermis out. you may bypass to a dermatologist on your issue. i might propose using biore nourish moisturizer, it relatively is oil unfastened. in basic terms wash your face with dove cleansing soap. you should use differen cream on your zits. it would not dry you out as a lot simply by fact the different zits products. you may in basic terms get that by prescription.
