im pretty sure hes not seeing other girls, theres one or two who are interested in him, but i dont think he is interested back.

Since I don't know how old you are, I'm going to answer this in general.
When a boy dates other girls yet expects you to date him only, he's stringing you along.
He has the attitude, I don't want you, but I don't want anyone else to have you either. I've dated several guys like that. They get on with their life and can't stand to see you get on with yours. They like it when you sit at home alone while they are off having fun.
Run, don't walk to the nearest exit. Start dating other boys. Be nice to him, but don't let him in again. He'll only hurt you over and over. He will soon see what he missed by letting you go. The only way a guy like that learns anything is by finding out he lost someone special and will never have a chance at it again.
Believe me, there are a lot more guys out there that would kill to have a girl like you. Any time a guy doesn't treat you good, show him the door and tell him to not let it hit him on the way out. Tell him to forget the address and the phone number, you have better things to do.
Happiness is your best pay back. Show him you can be just as happy with out him as you are miserable with him.
My guy has nothing but respect for me and my opinions. I give him the same respect. Remember, before you meet the handsome prince.....you have to kiss a lot of toads!

That is something that is very hard to tell. If you think that you are being held on a string then you should tell him that you might be getting into a relationship and then see if he tries to move faster at you!
