If the dog isn't choking-then nothing-it will most likely pass. If the dog is having difficulties, then find an emergency vet.

Here's what you need to know and what you should do if your dog eats chicken bones...Since there isn't much that you can do after the chicken bones have been ingested by your dog, you simply need to monitor him closely for the next few days. Keep checking his stools to see if the bones pass. Watch for blood in the stool, or any signs that he's straining to defecate. I know it sound nasty but if you love your baby(dog), it is worth it. You should also keep an eye on your dog's temperament. If he becomes moody or listless, take him to a vet immediately. Try to feed him softer foods for a while... and a lot. THis should help keep the bone from poking into any of the dogs inside body parts. Then, you just wait and see. Chances are, everything will come out fine in the end. But you do need to watch him/her because it can be very dangerous when a dog eats a chicken bone, if you dont keep an eye out. Sometime people just ignore it and nothing happeneds but it is best to just take care of him/her just in case. Dont stress out to much though. Everything will be fine.

Chicken bones and most other bones arent good for dogs. Not only can they make your dog choke, if you feed them too many it can clog up or even cut up their digestive system. The old saying "Give the dog a bone" really isnt a good idea.
All that being said if it was only one chicken wing and your dog isnt choking or anything dont worry about it. He will be ok.

Well if the dog is choking FIND ONE! I still think you should find an emergency vet. Your gonna pay $100 just to walk in the door, but thats not something you want to risk.

Dude, don't worry-- Our dogs have eaten so much crap. They are fine, and your dog will be O.K. too.

People think they need to run to the vet every time something happens to their dogs. But, ask yourself this: "What would have happened 100 years go when there WAS no vet?"

Not choking is good. You also need to pay attention to his bowel movements for a couple days and check for blood. The splinters could cut or get stuck while passing through. I am assuming this bone was cooked.

Chicken bones aren't recommended because they can splinter when they break. But, many people let dogs eat them anyhow.
So, you probably don't have anything to worry about.
As long as your Beagle seems ok, - just "let it pass".

If the dog swallowed it and is acting fine, he'll probably be o.k. The biggest danger is the bones getting caught in the dogs throat when swallowing them. He should be o.k. if he got it down o.k.
