ok well don't take the advice of the person who said get it done in canada cause i live in Canada and i have my lip pierced....i neededparental permission..canadians aren't idiots like that lol but ya i would wait to get it done until you are 18 because if you go somewhere unsafe you will regret it.........also consider this......i have had my lip pierced since june and it still hasn't healed much and i got this done by a real pro, i also have friends who r the same way so just think about it before you make the decision

I basically doubt any piercing position will stab a hollow In a minors lip with no make sure recent, so im merely going to anticipate that ur older sibling isn't a criminal dad or mum over you yet, in case you imagine about it............. a million) how are you going to cover it from ur mom and father? 2) will ur sibling by coincidence enable the secret slip, merely assuming u can cover it 3) you may have a scar there so why ought to u favor one and four) no position, even Claire's, will pierce you devoid of a make sure.

You find an independent piercer, one who doesn't work from a shop and who doesn't care or You pierce it yourself.

Do yourself a favor and really consider this before doing it as lip piercings leave big dots for scars if you decide you don't want it anymore.

Good luck.

you just have to know someone that knows how to do it and knows what they are doing. My husband knows how to do it. You just have to find someone who WILL do it too, since I'm guessing you're under age if you need a parent signature

You DON'T. And even if you were able to it's not like they wouldn't notice. Just wait til you're old enough to not need permission. And please don't let a boy be the reason that you want to do it.

It's easy. You just have to be 18

You can't, unless there is a shop that doesn't ask for one. But that means that that shop is probably not professional or safe.
