I need some seriouse help i just can not sleep i am in agony everynight with my back i need some serious sugestions on ways to sleep i am on strong pain killers already the only thing that helps is morphine which i am alergic to i need to resolve this please help

Sorry i have a good matrice just got it recently i have had physio but it just agrevates the problem

I know how how you feel I had a slipped disc and went through hell with the pain. I got relief from a tens machine you can borrow one from the doctors surgery.

Talk to a pain mgmt specialist. You might need a better mattress. Have you tried putting a pillow under your knees? This helps take the pressure off your lower back. Acupuncture also helped me with my lower back pain. You also need to look into some lower back exercises to help strengthen that area.

Get a solid foam mattress & listen to a talk show radio programme such as 5 live that will send you to sleep

See a Chiropractor. Chiropractic is a great alternative to drug therapy when dealing with musculoskeletal issues.

try some natural herb,and try setting in a sauna and detoxing your self. and stay away from the wild woman

percocet is suppose to be the best meds for back problems! that is what i am on
