An exposed tooth nerve can cause neuralgia ands spasms of the facial muscles. You need to contact a dentist to see that this is a fact.
Sometimes airflow over the face can give rise to a neuralgic like pain but it may also develop into Bells Palsey. ( facial paralysis of a temporary nature)
