I can open any page,but when I close it either by the x or at bottum right click,the whole thing goes off to my desk top what do I do to fix this problem.I not very computor smart please help me

It sounds like you are having an issue with Windows Explorer and possibly Internet Explorer.
If you know how to create a new user account you can test the computer under a diferent profile. If the problems go away than you could relate you problem to a corrupt user profile.
If creating a new user account is beyond your skill level then the best thing to do is take the computer to a service shop.
