It's possible.
Single taxpayers w/no dependents must earn less than $12,120.
Single taxpayers w/dependents must earn less than $32,001.

If you qualify, check your 1040 tax booklet and find the EIC chart to see how much credit you can receive.

If you made under $12,120 and can't be claimed as a dependent, then you might.
